How to play

Three rules, and the sand does the rest.

Tap a bucket

It leaves its stack and joins the conveyor that loops around the picture.

It pours its colour

A bucket collects the first grain of its colour it can see on each line. Everything above falls into place.

Mind the 5 spots

The belt only holds 5 buckets. Send a colour that's still buried and it clogs the loop: order matters.

Why an APK instead of Google Play?

Sift is distributed here first, directly from my site. The APK is signed with my own key: future updates install over it without losing your progress.

Is the APK safe?

It's the exact file I build and sign. You can check the SHA-256 fingerprint above. The app asks for no permissions at all: no Internet, no storage, no contacts.

Where is my progress saved?

Only on your phone. Uninstalling the app, or “Reset progress” in the settings, erases it.
