These Terms govern your use of the ZELLIJ · Mosaic Drop mobile game ("the Game"), made by Yassine World ("we", "us"). By installing or using the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

1. Licence to use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Game for your own private, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and your app store’s terms.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• cheat, tamper with, or manipulate scores, the leaderboard, or game data (including submitting falsified results);
• reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Game except where the law expressly permits it;
• use the Game to break any law, or to disrupt or overload our services or Firebase back end;
• submit a display name or content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes others’ rights.

We may remove leaderboard entries and, where necessary, restrict access to online features to protect fair play. As accounts are anonymous, this is done at the level of the anonymous identifier.

3. Online features

The leaderboard and cloud save are optional and provided “as is”. They rely on Google Firebase and an internet connection, and may be unavailable, reset (the leaderboard is weekly), or changed at any time. The Game remains fully playable offline without them.

4. Heritage content

The Game celebrates Maghrebi zellige heritage through original artwork and short cultural notes. These are provided for enjoyment and general information and may be simplified; they are not authoritative historical references.

5. Donations

The Game is free to play. Optional donations via PayPal are voluntary gifts to support development. They are non-refundable, grant no gameplay advantage, and unlock no paid content.

6. Intellectual property

The Game, its name, artwork, music, and code are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from them without permission.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The Game is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Game, or for loss of progress or leaderboard data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes & termination

We may update the Game or these Terms over time; the “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. We may discontinue the Game or its online features. You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
